Designed specifically for non-corrosive, non-evaporative applications, the 0.4 torr (0.5 mbar), 40 L/min. (1.5 cfm) MV2 NT Aluminum-FKM diaphragm vacuum pump is an excellent choice for a wide range of laboratory and process plant vacuum applications. It is even quieter and has less vibration than its predecessor. This vacuum pump utilizes diaphragm vacuum technology for totally dry operation. There is no oil to change or monitor. The MV2 NT dry diaphragm vacuum pump is supplied complete with one phase motor, on/off switch, cable with plug, operating manual, and one-year manufacturers warranty.

Diaphragms withstand up to 10,000 to 15,000 hours of use before replacement - thats years in most applications, minimizing downtime and service costs. When it is finally time for service, their unique design eliminates tedious, trial-and-error stroke length recalibration. Individually accessible diaphragms and valves simplify servicing. This pump features a specially engineered pump head for high flow rates at working vacuum. Higher flow rates mean reduced process times and higher throughput. All VACUUBRAND pumps and systems must pass rigorous product testing before leaving the factory.
