Welch* 2581B-50 Standard Duty Piston Pumps

This high throughput standard duty oil-free vacuum pump is powered by an economical WOB-L Piston. Simplicity is the key to the economical design. As piston wobbles, air resistance on upward stroke expands PTFE seal on piston to increase its efficiency while compensating for the wobble action.
This durable WobL technology vacuum pump can operate with minimal maintenance for several years before needing a simple rebuild using readily available repair kits. Suitablte for vacuum ovens sized up to 4.5 cubic feet capactiy. Inlet jar has regulator and vacuum gauge for basic control of vacuum and moisture mitigation. Not for use with corrosive or organic solvent vapors.
Accepts 3/8 in. ID thickwall vacuum tubing on inlet (332-67324).
