Class F Cast Iron Grip Handle Weights - Metric, No Certificate

Weights are available in sizes ranging from 2000 kg through 2 kg. NIST Class F. Weights are manufactured from high quality iron that meets specifications for hardness. Castings are free of cracks, pits and sharp edges and meet surface roughness requirements. Each weight has an adjusting cavity located on its side. Adjusting cavities are sealed with a lead plug and back-up spacer to provide a tamper resistant seal.

Primarily used to test commercial weighing devices by state and local weights and measures officials, device installers and service technicians. Class F weights may be used to test most accuracy Class III scales, all scales of Class IIIL or IIII, and scales not marked with a class designation.
