The Thermo Scientific 8 x 8 PCR Strip rotor is capable of spinning up to 14,8000 rpm/16,8000 x g and supports micro-volume protocols, such as PCR reaction set-up A secure, push-button auto-lock rotor exchange delivers trouble-free installation and removal with no tools required. A clear chamber access makes cleaning convenient and allows a quick switch between applications, from conical tubes to blood tubes or from microtubes to microplates. Biocontainment sealing options include ClickSeal lids for glove-friendly, one-handed operation. Replacement biocontainment lid (487-10193) and replacement O-rings (487-10196) are sold separately. Adapters are sold separately.
