The MicroPlate Genie is especially useful for any application that requires thorough and consistent microplate mixing. Mixing speed from 500 to 3000 rpm for complete and uniform mixing in any microplate format. Small vortexing orbit of 1 mm for thorough mixing regardless of sample viscosity. Speed and orbit combine to offer true vortexing action in each well of a microplate. Accepts most microplate types within the recommendations of the Society for Biomolecular Screening (SBS). Accepts holders for PCR plates utilizing optional accessory kit (Catalog No. 360-77858).
