GT31 Stirring System

The GT31 is an improved version of the standard dual-shaft stirring system that has been a favorite with chemists and lab technicians everywhere. It has a totally-enclosed, ¹/₄₀ hp, permanent-magnet motor with two output shafts for maximum speeds of 4,000 rpm for the direct shaft and 333 rpm for the gears shaft. The armature shaft provides high speeds for mixing light materials, while the geared shaft generates 3.6 lbs-in. (4.2 kg-cm) of torque at slower speeds for stirring more viscous mixtures. Variable speed control. The GT31 stirring system is furnished complete with motor and mounting bracket and controller. 120V.
