C.B.S. Scientific* Sliding Gel Casters

Simplifies the pouring of problem-free sequencing gels as thin as 50 microns (0.05 mm) and can be adjusted to cast gels of many dimensions. This sliding plate technique can be accomplished in a matter of minutes and eliminates the time consuming and often unreliable use of yellow tape, clamps or plasticine. Trapped air bubbles or acrylamide leakage is eliminated. Features a telescopic width adjustment allowing the user to pour variable width gels ranging from 20 to 38 cm.
