A Magnetic Agarose Bead Affinity Matrix contaning immobilized Calmodulin. For affinity purification of calmodulin-binding proteins including calmodulin-regulated proteins in eukaryotic cells and recombinant proteins containing calmodulin-binding peptide fusion tag.
