Description
Perform derivatization and other small-scale reactions reliably and with ease using the Thermo Scientific™ Reacti-Therm™ Heating module. This module has dry block heaters that provide uniform, stable heating between 10 and 200°C. The Reacti-Therm heater is available in a single block and triple block size (blocks are a required accessory and not included, must be ordered separately). This versatile system is compatible with a range of interchangeable accessories (image shown with Reacti-Vap Evaporator, Reacti-Blocks, and Reacti-Vials, not included), for applications on small samples for a range of applications.
• Uniform, stable heating: steady temperature incubation between ambient plus 10°C to 200°C
• LED display: match digital display to in-block thermometer to calibrate temperature set-point
• Modular design: switch aluminum blocks and vials; attach compatible evaporator manifold
• In-block temperature control option by Remote Temperature Probe (Cat. No. 475-63025), an optional accessory to allow temperature regulation from block wells or actual sample vials

• General sample incubation and evaporation in a variety of tube and vial sizes
• Silylation, alkylation and acylation derivatization reactions for GC sample preparation
• Protein hydrolysis and vacuum hydrolysis reactions for amino acid analysis by HPLC
