Spectrum® Chromatography* Fraction Collector

This versatile fraction collector can be used in both low-pressure and HPLC applications. It can collect fractions based on time, number of drops or amount of pumped volume. Racks included with the fraction collector are for 12 mm to 13 mm diameter tubes. With optional racks, it can accommodate 10 mm to 28 mm diameter tubes. When connected to any detector or monitor with a 0.01 to 1V output, the built-in peak separator can be used to separate and collect peaks from the eluant stream. Unwanted peaks and the eluant between peaks can be sent to a waste container using the optional diverter valve. Ten easy-to-program time windows allow you to completely define the collection, including rejection of the void volume. Collection basis is 6 seconds to 999 minutes and 59 seconds in 1 second increments; 1 drop to 9999 drops in one drop increments. Count input is TTL low or contact closure for 1 millisecond to 1 second, or drop counter. Maximum count rate is five per second. Dimensions (W x H x L) in. (cm): 11 x 4.5 x 16 (28 x 12 x 40).
