Thermo Scientific Nalgene* Filter Holders with Receiver

Made of durable, non-toxic, highly break-resistant, transparent polysulfone. For use with 47 or 50 mm membranes. Exhibits low protein-binding and is easy to clean. Low levels of trace metals or organic leachables. Receiver is graduated. Two side-arms allow connection to a vacuum line; also accepts syringe filters. Accepts a ¹/₄ to ⁵/₁₆ in. (6 to 8 mm) ID vacuum tubing. Cover allows convenient storage of sterile filtrate. The one-piece, clear sterilization plate is designed to provide maximum flow rate and throughput. Nominal filter area is 13.3 cm². The two-piece, white analytical plate is designed to provide optimal membrane support and keep the membrane flat. Nominal filter area is 11.25 cm². Autoclavable. Includes chamber, cover and tubing adapter. Membranes are sold separately.
