Kimble® Claisen Distillation Adapter with BEVEL-SEAL™ Thermometer Joint

Used in distillation assemblies where adjustable immersion depth of the thermometer is desired. Threaded top BEVEL-SEAL™ connection for plain stem thermometers. Vacuum-tight seal is achieved with the open top compression cap and FKM o-ring. BEVEL-SEAL™ cap is suitable for use to 200°C (replacement cap available, Cat. No. 985-20635). Thread size is modified GPI 13-425 and FKM o-ring is size 010. Manufactured from 33 expansion, low extractable borosilicate glass conforming to USP Type I and ASTM E438, Type I, Class A requirements.
