Description
Keep standard taper glass joints from seizing, leaking or galling with these reusable Fluo-Kem ST Sleeves. No lubricant is required to make a vacuum-tight joint. The top of each sleeve has a rigid, knurled grip ring 3 mm (0.1 in.) thick for easy assembly or removal of the sleeve from a standard taper joint. Outer rings on the taper prevent sticking. Resistant to most chemicals and reusable, the sleeves are made of 0.2 mm (.008 in.) virgin PTFE. thickness at rings is 0.35 mm (.014 in.). Withstands temperatures from -100°C to 250°C (-148°F to 482°F).
