Plates have rounded square wells to eliminate wicking with flat bottoms for optical reading. Clear plates are for colorimetric assays and sample storage with white plates for luminescence and fluororescence assays and black plates for fluorescence assays. White and black plates minimize crosstalk. Streptavidin surface for rapid coupling of biotinylated biomolecules such as peptides, antibodies, haptens or oligonucleotides.
