Description
These polypropylene racks can be autoclaved up to 100 times and can withstand temperatures as low as -80°C. Both tubes and rack resist most research chemicals. The transparent cover allows the user to see the contents of the rack and is keyed to the base to prevent misalignment. Employs a coding system that uses colored interchangeable plastic grids as well as an alphanumeric numbering system. Grid stands on four legs which can be removed and placed on a lab counter as a self-standing support for the tubes. This style of rack allows greater circulation around the tubes in refrigerators, freezers or water baths. Ideal for storing, freezing and transporting reagents and specimens. For use with 1.1 ml tubes individually or in strips of eight.
