Bel-Art Scienceware™ Beta Boxes for Wet Waste

These boxes protect against Beta radiation from wet waste. Available in either open or closed models. Removable tops are set into the box to avoid any straight-line path for radiation; include a grip knob for easy removal. Made of 9.5 mm (³/₈ in.) thick clear acrylic. Bottle and funnel NOT included.

• Beta Box Open model (Cat. No. 964-17962) holds a standard 1 liter (1.05 quart) bottle; removable top has a 19.7 mm (³/₄ in.) hole in the center to insert a funnel for easy pouring (no cover for funnel hole); inside dimensions: 16.5 x 16.5 x 30.5 cm H (6¹/₂ x 6¹/₂ x 12 in.)
• Beta Box Closed model (Cat. No. 964-17965) has no hole in the removable top, and contents are totally enclosed; 1 liter (1.05 quart) bottle fits inside, as well as a funnel which rests on top of the bottle; inside dimensions: 16.5 x 16.5 x 47.6 cm H (6¹/₂ x 6¹/₂ x 18³/₄ in.)
