Leifert & Waites Sterility Test Medium. Contains the Micronutrients, Macronutrients, Vitamins, Sucrose, and Plant Growth. Regulators required to initiate plant growth and support the growth of any microorganisms in the explant. Used to determine and identify potential pathogens in explants. Cytokines and Auxins should be added as needed.
