The MD1 Aluminum-FKM vacuum pump features an ultimate vacuum of 1.5 mbar and flow rate of 23 L/min. for excellent results in a wide variety of non-corrosive, non-evaporative vacuum applications. This vacuum pump utilizes diaphragm vacuum technology for totally dry operation. There is no oil to change or monitor.

Diaphragms withstand up to 10,000-15,000 hours of use before replacement, minimizing downtime and service costs. When it is finally time for service, their unique design eliminates tedious, trial-and-error stroke length recalibration. This pump features a specially engineered pump head for high flow rates at working vacuum. Higher flow rates mean reduced process times and higher throughput. All VACUUBRAND pumps and systems must pass rigorous product testing before leaving the factory.
