Wireless Vacuum Pump Systems. These advanced vacuum systems feature powerful pumping speeds and a 1.5 Torr end vacuum for shorter processing time with a wide range of solvents. Because the pumping speed is completely adjustable, flask sizes up to 20 L can be accommodated. The precision sensing system prevents bumping and maintains consistency for all vessel sizes. The pump is driven by a speed-controlled DC motor that is constantly adjusted by smart internal control electronics. This translates to minimal mechanical wear, and less noise, energy, heat and system maintenance. An inlet separator and liquid-cooled outlet condenser are included to recover solvent, which helps keep the lab atmosphere clean. The system can handle gases and vapor temperatures within a +5°C to +40°C range.

Four operating modes provide ultimate flexibility for many laboratory applications, and are controlled from the handheld wireless remote terminal or via a USB control interface on your PC computer:
• vessel evacuation at variable pumping speeds
• maintains constant vessel pressure control
• determines automatic solvent vapor pressure
• your custom-programmed time-pressure curve
This wireless remote allows you to control these systems without opening your hood sash, saving HVAC energy and minimizing risk.
