Osmonics* MagnaGraph* Nylon Transfer Membranes

Chemically optimized for low, controllable backgrounds. Membrane capable of binding fragments as small as 75 base pairs and as great as 50 kilo base pairs. Easy to block even with procedures prone to high backgrounds such as chemiluminescent and biotinylated detection systems. Integrally supported nylon is dimensionally stable, very strong and naturally hydrophilic. UV crosslinking and reprobing can be done with MagnaGraph yielding excellent results. Has an improved binding capacity of approximately 400 micrograms/cm2.
