Used for purification of anti-IgG antibodies or to purify Protein A. An affinity chromatography gel matrix consisting of rabbit IgG bound to 4% agarose beads (Separopore 4B). This matrix is coupled through a stable, leak resistant linkage over a wide pH range. May also be used to immunoprecipitate Protein A produced by prokaryotic expression systems. IgG (Rabbit)-Separopore 4B is suitable for antibody purification or to remove unwanted cross-reactivity.
