Description

The immobilized red dye will bind to a wide variety of NADP+- and NAD+-dependent enzymes, including many kinases, dehydrogenases and transferases. Carboxypeptidase G, interferon, plasminogen and plasminogen activator are examples of other proteins that can be purified on Red-Separopore 4B-CL. The cross-linked matrix provides a stable, rigid gel even in the presence of dissociating agents.
