Hamilton* PRP-X300 Ion Exclusion Columns

PRP-X300 is a polymeric, ion exclusion column packing for the separation of alcohols and organic acids. The combination of a mixed mode separation mechanism and a high performance polymeric support provides excellent selectivities with most separations complete within five minutes. A wide variety of samples can be analyzed with PRP-X300 columns. The selectivity of the column can be altered with a change in the buffers pH or the addition of an organic modifier, i.e. acetonitrile or methanol, to the buffer. Columns are stainless steel.
