PerkinElmer* Brownlee* MPLC Preparative Cartridge Columns

Scaling up of biological separations is practical and economical using Brownlees Prep-10 cartridges. These 10 mm ID cartridges, packed with Aquapore 20 mm, 300 A sorbents, are available in 30 mm, 100 mm and 250 mm cartridges.

The unique 100 mm and 250 mm cartridges design incorporates a moveable inlet plug and filter which compensates for changes in bed volume with use. Changing the spent cartridge is easy using the reusable, finger-tight holder.

Typical sample capacity of the 250 mm cartridge is 50 mg to 1 gram of material (depending on resolution and purity requirements). The typical flow rate is 4-10 ml/min.
