Thermo Scientific* ProSwift* WAX-1S LC Columns

Quickly purify proteins by ion-exchange using the tertiary amine stationary phase of Thermo Scientific ProSwift WAX-1S LC Columns. These monolith ion-exchange columns deliver the outstanding resolving power of non-porous media combined with the high capacity of conventional porous media. They offer excellent separations using fast gradients at low and high flow rates, which improve productivity. Durable and robust, these columns exhibit stability and reproducibility even after hundreds of runs.

Each monolith is a single cylindrical, polymer rod containing an uninterrupted, interconnected network of flow-through channels of a specific pore size. These large channels combined with the monoliths non-porous surfaces provide fast mass-transfer, high-resolution and fast protein separations. The unique globular morphology of the polymer medium provides its high capacity.
