No. 743-31011) containing Egg Yolk Enrichment 50% (Spectrum Catalog No. 743-27780) and Difco Antimicrobic Vial P (Spectrum Cat. No. 743-27732) for the detection and enumeration of Clostridium perfringens in foods.
