BD* Quality Control Antigen, Shigella Grouping

BD offers a wide variety of Antigens and Antisera to aid in the diagnosis of several diseases. Difco™ QC Antigens Shigella are used in the quality control testing of Difco Shigella Antisera Poly by slide agglutination tests.

BD Shigella Grouping Antisera
Shigella Grouping Antisera are used in qualitative slide agglutination tests for the serological identification of Shigella species. Using these antisera, Shigella isolates may be grouped as subgroups A (S. dysenteriae), B (S. flexneri), C (S. boydii) and D (S. sonnei).
