Description
Columbia Broth. Used for the cultivation of fastidious and non-fastidious microorganisms from clinical specimens. An excellent blood culture medium when in the presence of CO2 and supplemented with SPS.
• pH: 7.5
• Dehydrated Appearance: light beige, homogeneous powder
• Prepared Appearance: light amber broth
• Soluble in warm water
• Storage: 2-8°C
