Jensens Medium for nodulation studies. Provided as 1 unit to make 10L, 25L, or 50L of medium, or as 10 units to make 1L of medium.

Contains (g/L):
• 1g Calcium phosphate
• 0.2g Potassium phosphate
• 0.2g Magnesium sulphate
• 0.2g Sodium chloride
• 0.1g Ferric chloride.
• Final pH: 7.0 +/-0.2 @ 25 DEG C

Direction to use: Suspend 1.7g medium with 12g agar in one liter distilled water. Heat to dissolve completely and autoclave to sterilize at 121 DEG C for 15 minutes.
