Spectrum® PCR Tubes

Our PCR tubes are designed according to industry standards and ensure full contact with cycler blocks. The uniform, thin wall design ensures rapid and consistent heat transfer, reducing variance between samples. Tight sealing caps minimize evaporation, and allow for low reaction volumes.
All tubes are manufactured in an ISO Class 8 cleanroom and undergo QC testing for PCR performance and the absence of contaminating factors. Tubes and caps are made from high-quality, virgin polypropylene, and are certified free from RNase, DNase, endotoxin, and human DNA.

0.2 ml PCR Tubes:
• Uniform thin walls
• Compatible with standard 0.2 ml thermal cycler blocks
• Maximum volume: 0.25 ml
• Flat caps are frosted

0.5 ml PCR Tubes:
• Uniform thin walls
• Compatible with standard 0.5 ml thermal cycler blocks
• Maximum volume: 0.6 ml
• Both domed and flat caps are frosted
